These terms describe online orders from Caseiro Verde. Contact the store with questions before placing an order.
Online orders and payment
Review your items, contact details, fulfillment address, and total before paying through Stripe. Adding items to a bag does not reserve stock or place an order. Payment is confirmed only after Stripe reports a successful payment. A 3% order-handling fee applies to the product subtotal for all online orders, including pickup, regardless of payment method. Shipping and applicable taxes are displayed separately before payment.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars for the selected package or weight option. Listed weights are approximate. Some products use illustrative images; actual packaging and appearance may differ. Please contact the store about special orders or product availability.
For ingredients, allergens, preparation, and storage instructions, refer to the actual product label and ask the store. Website descriptions are not a substitute for product labeling.
Store pickup
Pickup is at 70 Pacific Street, Newark, NJ 07105. Wait for the store to confirm that your order is ready. Eligible packaged goods ship by UPS Ground standard service (estimated 3–5 business days after dispatch; transit varies by address). Raw goods, fresh sausages, cheese, and mixed orders containing these items use UPS Next Day Air. Shipping charges use provisional box dimensions and catalog product weights; the charge accepted at payment is fixed. The store verifies actual insulated packaging and coolant before dispatch. Next Day Air refers to carrier transit after dispatch, not the day after ordering. The store confirms dispatch timing.
Leitão purchases must be completed before 12 PM (noon), Eastern Time, for following-day pickup. Later purchases require a later date confirmed by the store. Order roasted Leitão by phone to confirm your pickup date; it is not available for online payment or shipping.
Purchases, cancellations, and returns
For cancellations, refunds, damaged products, or missing items, contact (862) 755-6583 or alentejanopork@outlook.com with your order details as soon as possible. The store will review the circumstances and any preparation or dispatch already completed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Using this website
Please use this site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation, access restricted systems, or submit malicious content. Brand materials, product photography, and other content remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
